Hi
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message.
I think I can help you.
The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of a sinusitis.
I would suggest that you test with a x ray PNS waters view.
If it's positive, you will need following -
1. warm saline gargles 4 times a day
2. steam inhalation 4 times a day
3. multivitamins course once a day
4. antibiotics as per local sensitivity
I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information contained in this message will be able to help you find the best solution for your problem. Best of luck. Dr Mittal.

Brief Answer:
Could be
Detailed Answer:
yes
it can be the source of infection that affected the sinuses in the first place.
The roots of teeth are placed on sinus.
however, if there is no further pain I doubt if it's active.
so we may concentrate on sinusitis.
Best of luck.
