What Causes Frenulum Itch And Irritation That Worsen After Masturbation?

I recently recovered from a penile yeast infection (I am diabetic) and am currently recovering from Jock Itch fro my inner thighs (both fungal infections developed a few days apart). However, lately my penis has been itching primarily around the frenulum. It comes and goes and I notice that the itching spells are worst a few days after masturbation. this morning, while rolling down my foreskin, I realised that a part of the inner foreskin is bright red and super sensitive (i was applying anti-fungal cream thinking that it was a relapse of the yeast infection). Rolling down the foreskin repetitively also produces a slightly thick, creamy white discharge. Should I be worried about that or is it just an aftermath of the yeast infection? It doesn't hurt despite the itches but there is a fair amount of discomfort at times, sometimes even during an erection.

Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern.
Your problems suggest that you still have fungal infection and most likely associated with a bacterial infection.
Persistence of this infection is seen in diabetics with poorly controlled blood sugar levels.
Fungus and bacteria thrive in sugary medium which is provided by passage of sugar in urine.
What to do...
Get the culture of discharge and then take antibiotics orally as well as locally.
Continue anti fungal oral as well as local application.
Control your blood sugar levels meticulously. If blood sugar levels are not controlled, your penile infection will be difficult to get eradicated.
I hope it helps, however you are most welcome to revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks

If you don't have symptoms like burning or pain during urination and regular increased frequency of urine, then it is not urinary tract infection, although chances of urinary tract infection are very high in you. However in case you do get these symptoms, then get the urine cultured and then take antibiotic course accordingly.
Thanks
