Brief Answer:
You need to do Urine Culture to find out organisms causing this infection .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that your wife has Chronic UTI since Oct 2015 .and have been prescribed various antibiotics but there is no satisfactory improvement in her symptoms .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Have you ever done her urine culture to trace out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to .

From the reports that you have uploaded it seems that urine culture has not been done so far .

It is a customary practice to do urine culture to find out the organisms and their sensitivity pattern so that an appropriate antibiotic can be prescribed to eradicate infection .

.It is likely that the organisms may be resistant to antibiotics that has been given to her and this may be the reason for poor response to antibiotics .

I would suggest you to get urine culture done so that she can be given appropriate antibiotics.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions , I shall be happy to help you .
Thanks and Regards.
