Brief Answer:
Most likely allergic cause.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to allergy. It can be from some thing you expose like dust or cold climate. Avoiding exposure is the best remedy. Doing an allergic test will be helpful to find the allergens also.

If you are not able to be away from allergens or getting attack so frequently then prophylactic medications will be helpful. I usually advise to take medications with combination of antihistamine like levocetirizine and mast cell stabilizers like monteleukast daily as prophylaxis.

Taking vitamin C daily will be helpful also. Get an ENT consultation to rule out any problems like sinusitis or allergic rhinitis also.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if any thing not clear.
Thanks.
