Brief Answer:
could be mild indigestion or viral infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
From your description it looks like there are two issues bothering you
1. Green seedy stool. This can be normally seen in breast and formula fed babies. If not loose no need to worry. Green colour indicates bile secretion which is normally seen to some extent if babies pass stool frequently. If it is loose then it indicates a viral infection.
2. More frequent stools. This is seen in mild indigestion or viral infection. Again if not loose don't worry.
It will settle soon.
Things to look for
1. Loose or normal stools.
2. Activities feeding and urine output.
Only if loose stools, less active and less frequent urine you need to take him immediately to your pediatrician.
Till then continue routine feeding.
Avoid bottles if you are already using. Try paladai or spoon feeding if you are giving formula feeds.
Wishing your child speedy recovery.
Regards
Dr Arun
