Brief Answer:
Sounds more like IBS.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for choosing HCM for your query.
Have gone through your reports and details i feel you are suffering from Irritable bowel syndrome.

In trial study, almost 65% of IBS patients reported having digestion problems after eating specific foods.
Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a very common disorder which affects the colon (large intestine). It causes constipation, diarrhea, gas, bloating, abdominal pain and cramping. Irritable bowel syndrome is usually long term.
In IBS there is some problem in the functional ability of the gut that leads to the symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome. The structure of the intestines is normal, only functional abnormality occurs in this condition. So frankly speaking (IBS) represents a functional disorder of gastrointestinal tract without the presence of an anatomic defect, in lay mans language till date we are not sure whats the exact cause of this problem. So the million dollar question is how to repair a system when you don't know which part of it is faulty(Some says it can be brain other says it can be hormone anxiety age etc etc).
Have you ever had a colonoscopy done? it is recommended that you should have a colonoscopy done to rule out inflammatory bowel disease. Even if you have had this test in the last 5 years it might be recommended to repeat it.

Secondly fatty liver mild to moderate grade is a common finding in XXXXXXX population and has nothing to do with your fat indigestion.
Most likely your bowel has irritation toward oily food.So if colonoscopy is normal a better idea would be to start taking oil with minimal food or try to change oil you are taking right now.

Regards!

Hi XXXXXXX
Functional means that problem is there without any significant pathology.
When nothing is wrong with your organ yet symptoms are there we call it functional disorder.
