Brief Answer:
Malabsorption syndrome should be ruled out.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to malabsorption syndrome. You can do a stool routine examination to rule out the condition. It can be caused by protozoans like giardia infestation also.

Antibiotic therapy with metronidazole or tinidazole will be helpful for this. Probiotics should be taken along with that also.

Other possibility is gluten intolerance. In such case you can taken gluten free food for one week and see whether it improves.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
