Hi
welcome to healthcaremagic and thanks for putting up the query
according to your complaints it seems to me that you have injured your ear drum and possibly you have irritated the middle ear too.. please tell me if there is still qtip inside the ear or u have removed it completely..
best would be to get it examined by ENT specialist because examination will not be possible here..
For now I will advise you to start on an antibiotic like a combination of amoxicillin and clavulanate
also start a combination of diclofenac and serratiopeptidase twice daily
apply neomycin skin ointment with an ear bud in and around the canal..
keep the ear dry and apply a cotton ball while you go for bath
any further queries are always welcome
thanks and regards

thanks for putting up the follow up query
any foreign body can aggravate the infection..my advise is to visit an ENT specialist as early as possible and get the ear examined. And if i have any remnant, get it removed..
As the infection u r saying is increasing, there is possibility that still there is some remnant..
If u have any more questions, i would love to help..
Take care
