Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to health care magic,
I have gone through your question very diligently and I will try to help you out in best possible way.
Looking at your description it might be related to any of these conditions
High blood pressure
Vascular headache or migraine
Stress or anxiety induced
chronic gastric problem and indigestion may also cause headache at times
Foreign body sensation in eye along with eye pain might be related to some eye infection or inflammation like conjunctivitis or refractory error.
Here I would like further information to guide you better
Since how long you have this problem?
Are you having watering of eye or redness in eye?
Have you checked your blood pressure?
I would advise you to take acetaminophen 500mg for headache and take rest, put lubricant eye drop like refresh tear containing carboxymethyl cellulose, along with this take antiacidity medicines like pantoprazole or ranitidine group of drugs with antacids.
All these medicines are available over the counter, so use it. If it doesn't subside with all these medicines than I would advise you visit nearest emergency room for checking of blood pressure, refractory error of eyes, and Ear examination to look for the cause of giddiness.
Hope I could answer your question, please write back to me with these details I have asked, so that I will be able to tell you more precisely.
Best wishes
I checked my blood pressure just 2 to 3 days back its 130/90 and a month back its 110/70, and the doctor said its normal. I had checked blood sugar level and it came also normal.
The problem of eye was since one month, initially it was a burning sensation with watery eyes that time my doctor prescribed tear drops and it subside slowly now some times i get foreign object feeling in right eye which is reducing at present.
The headache is coming from past one week. prior i use to get pain in the back of my right neck joint and prolonged to back of my right head. for this i had applied some heat on the back of my head and it reduced however the pain in forehead remain.
Will severe acidity leads to headaches? or will having tea with milk frequently triggers headache? and even yesterday i didnt get deep sleep getting sleep but not to the extent required.
As today the forehead pain is bit easy as i didn't had milk and not much tea.
Please suggest!!!!
And one more thing doctor when i bend my head i feel like some weight is on my head. like if i move my head up and down i feel like some weight is on my head.
And my work involves more infront of laptop which i need bend my head and work for more time.
Please consult opthalmologist for checking of refractory error.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
welcome again and thanks for all the details
I am so sorry for late reply
Since you are having heaviness in head and you also work on laptop for long hours so it might be related to refractory error of eye or muscle fatigue due to excessive strain on eye muscles
With these symptoms in backdrop of history of burning sensation and watering of eye, I would advise you to consult a opthalmologist as per your convenience for checking of refractory error as well as ophthalmoscopic examination.
Yes, excess acidity may trigger headache at times and tea mixed with milk also increases acidity.
For acidity problem, I would advise you for antiacidity medicines like pantoprazole or ranitidine group of drugs with antacids fir 5 to 7 days.
Sleep deprivation can lead to stress and anxiety which further aggravates all these problems such as acidity, headache and strain in eye.
So in my opinion you should do yoga, meditation and relaxation exercises.
take break in between while working on laptop, do some eye muscle exercises.
Hope this answers your question, please feel free to ask for further assistance, I will be happy to help you .
Best wishes
