Most probably otomycosis

Detailed Answer:
hello

thank you for getting back with the answers. I have gone through them, most common differential in your case includes fungal infection. I would suggest you to once visit a hospital and get an appointment for a "Consultant ENT Specialist". He will examine your ear and may perform local cleaning of ear canal as well. Once diagnosis is confirmed, he will advise further management which will include:
- Anti-fungal ear drops
- Burow's solution or 5% aluminum acetate solution should be used to reduce the swelling and remove the debris if present.
- Analgesic for pain (if occurs)

> Meanwhile:
- Keep the ear dry and avoid scratching it with cotton wool buds.
- Avoid cotton wool plugs in the ear.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Wishing you good health !!
