Brief Answer:
As explained below

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

It looks like it is due to an allergic cause. I would suggest you drink warm lemon juice with a tablespoon of honey every day. Steam inhalation for 15 to 20 mins twice daily will help clear your airways. Try to avoid dust not only outside but also within the house such as sofas and bed are the main sources of dust. Try to humidify your room where you stay for a long time.

I hope this answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dear Dr XXXXXXX
Thanks for your reply. I shall follow the remedy suggested by you.
Is there anything you can suggest as preventive? 3 years back I had been asked by a doc to take Telecast L for 10 days. After that it had stopped for about 6-8 months.
Pl advise if taking Honey and lime everyday, can get get required resistance, especially for XXXXXXX weather, which is famous for high pollen content.

tks and regards

As explained below

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Yes, you can take lemon and honey every day, it will take some time but you will gradually build immunity. You can take Tab. Telecast L once in the night as and when you get similar episodes. You can also use humidifiers in your room to prevent the episodes.

I hope this answered your query.
