Brief Answer:
You need to be evaluated.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ma am, Good Morning!

Welcome to HCM.

I appreciate your concern for your urinary symptoms.

There may be a possibility of these symptoms due to fibroids in the uterus or stones in the urinary bladder.
I advise you to consult a gynecologist for further evaluation and may you need to have an abdominal ultrasound and urodynamic studies, etc.

Hope this suggestion helps you in getting the symptoms treated.
Should you need further clarification, please feel free to ask.
Wishing you best of your health.

Take care.
