Brief Answer:
It is a normal phenomenon
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
Kidneys excrete water and solutes.
If solute load ( sugar in your child's case) goes up, kidneys will have to excrete the extra sugar along with water.
This results in frequent urination. All this is normal phenomenon.
No need to worry.
You had mentioned that blood and urine workup is normal.
Just ensure you restrict sweets at this age which is in noway good for health.
Wishing your child good health

Brief Answer:
solute load
Detailed Answer:
Again it is to do with solute load.
Oranges and apple have more solutes compared to bananas.
By solutes I include sodium and glucose as main.
No need to worry.
No possibility of diabetes with that blood sugar.
Restrict sugar and salt.

Brief Answer:
4 teaspoons
Detailed Answer:
2 to 4 years - out of daily caloric intake of 1,200 to 1,400 calories shouldn't consume any more than 170 calories, or about 4 teaspoons, of added sugar a day.
4 to 8 years - 130 calories or 3 teaspoons.
You can give sweet once a week or so. You need to avoid any form of sugar for the whole day when you give sweet. Average sweet will have more than 4 teaspoons per serving.
You can Give oranges and apple, but restrict other sugar and salt in his diet.
The real problem is usual household sugar intake for kids is 12 spoons currently which needs to be brought down.
