What Causes Frequent Urination Along With Feeling Fullness In Bladder?

improves with treatment
Detailed Answer:
Hi
At 33 years of age, it is unusual for a young man to get frequent urinary infections.
I suggest you get a few basic tests done. These include a urine analysis, urine for culture and sensitivity if there are plenty of pus cells on urine analysis.
You also can get an ultrasound scan of kidneys and blaader with an estimate of post void residue. A uroflowmetry study if available will help indicate if there is any suggestion of bladder outflow obstruction.
In the meantime, you can be started on drugs such as Flomax 0.4mg once daily at bedtime and if required add another tablet like Vesicare 5 mg once daily which should certainly improve the frequency and urgency which you are experiencing right now.
An antibacterial like nitrofurantoin 100mg twice daily till the culture report is available can be started. Oral citrate syrup may help reduce any local discomfort and improve the environment for the drugs to act.
Hope I have been of help.
Best wishes.

yes
Detailed Answer:
That's right. Let me know if there's an improvement or not.
Flomax can cause mild postural giddiness so take it easy when you get up from a lying position to sitting position. Should settle down soon, though.
Similarly vesicare can cause dry mouth so best option would be to take them both at bedtime. Vesicare can occasionally cause bowel movement alteration. Do not use if you gave narrow angle glaucoma.
All the best; inform me the reports and we will take it from there.
