What Causes Frequent Urination Along With Unknown Penile Discharge?
Question: I seem to be going to urinate every 15 minutes after going to bed. Also I notice stains in the back of my underware that I cannot account for.

Lastly is possible that you might have an infection in the urinary tract. this is treated with antibiotics if needed.
I think it is very important that you have a candid conversation with your primary care physician so that your symptoms can be addressed appropriately. A prostate exam would be reasonable. There are medications that can be used to help shrink the prostate and improve symptoms. If the symptoms are more related to your bladder then there are also some medications that help improve the efficiency of bladder function.
