What Causes Frequent Urination Along With Whitish Mucus Discharge From Vagina?

Microscopic examination of the discharge and urine R/E
Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome
I appreciate your concern
Frequent urination, dysuria and whitish discharge all point towards an infection of the genitourinary tract. Microscopic exam of the vaginal discharge would be required to look for presence of any WBCs , trichomonads or psuedohyphae, all three are clues pointing towards a specific causative organism. Treatment can be started after the cause is determined. empiric treatment can also be given based on the clinical examination by seeing gross appearance of the discharge on a speculum exam. Urine R/E should also be done to look for evidence of cystitis.
Please consult your doctor before taking any course of action.

Detailed Answer:
hello again,
Yes, frequent urination is also a symptom of UTI. The presence of pus cells in urine R/E would indicate an infection. Culture and sensitivity testing subsequently would isolate the microorganism responsible for the infection.
Thanks.
