Brief Answer:
Needs work up and management

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Rapid heart rate needs to be quantified and worked up for heart problem. Usually pulse of 60 to 100 is normal and if it is more than 100 beats in a minute it should be evaluated or if these are irregular or you feel palpitations, you should get evaluated. ECG should be started with to rule out any heart pathology.

Frequent urination needs a urine routine exam and a prostate check to rule out any infection of urinary tract or enlarged prostate. I would like you to visit any local physician and let them run some labs and we will have the answers to these two basics concerns of yours. I shall be here if you need me for any further guidance.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
