Brief Answer:
posssible kidneys infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi and Welcome to HCM.

These signs may indicate kidney infection and this is first thing to rule out. So you should do urine analysis and kidneys ultrasound for a start. Also, you need to drink plenty of fluids and raspberry tea.

If uroinfenction is excluded then you need to see hematologist to do extensive blood work since some hematological disorders may have such clinical picture.

It seems to be happening for quite the while, with no pain in kidneys. So I guess I will find a doctor locally that can maybe help?
Thank You. If you have any other suggestions I will be here.
