What Causes Frequent Urination At Night?

Question: I need to pass urine 4-5 time in some nights. Also in winter season or in colled air conditioned room , frequency of urination is 2-3 time in a hour. Why it is so?

Increased frequency for urination in day time and nocturia in cold atmosphere is natural and normal .

Most of the water from body is excreted in the form of hidden perspiration and expiration and rest in the form of urine .

During summer or cold air conditioning atmosphere the excretion of water in the form of swat and expiration is educed that results in to increased production of urine giving rise to increase frequency and nocturia .

This is the natural body mechanism and nothing to be worried about .

Reduce your water intake especially after afternoon .Avoid taking coffee in the evening and before going to bed .This will help to reduce nocturia
