Brief Answer:
Another stone can be the reason.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Thank you for the query.

Your symptoms clearly indicate that you have either serious bladder infection or another stone. Stone can be also the reason of infection so it might happen that you have both.
Waiting at home is not a good idea. I suggest you to visit ER as soon as possible. Both conditios can lead to kidneys destruction.
Urine analysis, abdominal ultrasound are the first test you should have done.

Hope this helps.
Regards.

I have already been to the hospital. They said they could see stones but they weren't obstructing anything is what my husband said. they also said I had a cyst and perhaps that was causing some of the problem. They told me to follow up with my urologist. last week when I was in the gym we were doing our last thing which was going to be pull ups. I started to do my first one and had a sudden pain in my side there was no way I could do pull ups. after a few days I got pain in both sides not excruciating pain but pain none the less. I just made an appt with my urologist Monday at 2:15 My last question is my left hand. I burnt it 2-3 months ago at the base of my thumb on the top of the hand. I ran cold water on it for a few seconds and the next day it was hurting in that entire fat part (base) all the way thru. As I said this has been going on for 2-3 months and has only gotten worse to the point of nausea. I can barely button my jeans and a that it is excruciating same with trying to put my hair in a ponytail, it hurts with just about everything I do even when I am doing nothing. i can't get into my hand doc until the 24th. I am thinking about calling back and basically begging. However he is gone all next week. Please advise Thank you

Brief Answer:
You have massive urinary tract infection.

Detailed Answer:
Kidney cyst (single, simple, not large) can not cause such issues for sure. Yes, I could see your urine analysis. It says massive urinary tract infection. Do you have urine culture result? It is very important to determine bacteria type.
Stones present in ureters are usually invisible for ultrasound. So as long as urography or CT wont be done, no one can tell if there is a stone in the ureter and bladder or not. And I would insist your symptoms are caused by such stone and massive infection.

To give you a good advice about your hand, I need to see how does it look now. Can you please also mention why have you had brain surgery?

Regards.
