What Causes Frequent Urination, Dizziness And Nausea Post An Intercourse?

Question: So my SO didn't finish in me . . . It was just precum (it was clear liquid that came out of). The event happened August 26 9:40-10pm ish. I decided to take Plan B on the following Monday I believe the 29th at 12:30pm (afternoon time). Prior to taking the pill I felt normal however there was some blood spotting in my underwear. I take the pill and everything was fine. Except for the one incident I got nauseous with this new dish I tried out at a new restaurant. Ever since the nausea incident I have seen that I have started to urinate very often and there seems to be times in the day where I get dizzy or my sugar goes down. Then when I go to the bathroom, when I wipe, sometimes there is light evidence of blood but more often there is not. Does this mean the Plan B didn't work? Or should I just calm down and let the pill take its course? My last period was July 31st and lasted 5 days

Brief Answer:
withdrawal bleeding starts in 7-10 days. So wait.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to HCM,
pRECUM contains sperms and can get you pregnant. So you rightly taken plan b within 72 hrs. So ideally withdrawal bleeding should start in next 7-10 days after the plan b intake, so you should wait for at least 3 more days when menses/ withdrawal bleed can start which shall ensure that you are pregnancy safe.
The nausea and dizziness with bloating sensation can be due to plan b itself which is a high progesterone pill and present with these progesterone effects. These can be countered with increased water intake.
however if the bleeding doesn't start after 10 days of plan b intake , i.e by 7th september, then you must take a serum beta hcg test done to rule out pregnancy. If hcg levels are less than 3mIU , then you are not pregnant and can safely wait for a week more to allow menses to start naturally.
Regards
