Brief Answer:
Get a repeat urine test and some other investigation done

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for choosing this platform

Urinary tract infection is the most common cause of frequent urination in this age. But the urine report is not much suggestive of infection. For urinary infection there should be more than 5 pus cells.
I would like to know for how many days these symptoms are there and if there is any associated difficulty in urination or increased thirst.
The other less common causes of increased urinary frequency like increased blood sugar and renal tubular dysfunction should also be ruled out by test like blood sugar and blood electrolyte/acid base status if the symptoms are of long duration and there is history of increased thirst.
As the report of urine is not suggestive I would like to get a repeat urine test done(early morning sample) before starting antibiotic.
If the repeat urine report is normal and there is increased thirst other conditions should also be ruled out. Kindly upload the reports for me to view.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more doubt.
Regards
