Chronic prostatitis
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns
I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing pain in your genital region. You may have a chronic prostatitis infection. This would not show up on any ultrasounds. The symptoms are pressure, pain at the base of the penis with frequency urgency and hesitency on urination. Since you noticed a positive home UA after masturbating then more than likely your infection is in the prostate and not the bladder. The treatment would be a month of oral antibiotics usually a quinalone called levaquin. Sometimes along with the levaquin we would add an alpha blocker like flomax to help urine flow. I recommend you see your medical provider or urologist and see if this is the diagnoses in your case.
In summary
1. chronic prostatitis
2. Treat with 1 month of levaquin and flomax
3 See your urologist or primary care physician
