Question: I have frequent urination pain in the prostate and groin buttock pain i am afraid of cancer. I had a cystospy around 12 years ago and has prostitis . Cancer ?
No it is not as per your description, it simply seems to be urinary tract infection and /or infection in prostate.

Another question what are the normal size of lymph nodes in the groin area ? I can feel it and i am afraid

Any infection in groin area or pelvis will cause inflammation of lymph nodes of groin area, and make it palpable.
Please Get your urine and blood checked for sugar as well as urine culture for infection.
At the same time ,Get yourself examined for benign hypertrophy of prostate.
Till then please start a broad spectrum antibiotic like cefixime 200 mg twice daily till the reports come.
