Question: Hi, I am a female 26 years old. I am going through a problem of frequent urination from like ten days. Its not actually lot of urine coming but a feeling of urniation all the time. I dont have any pain but just a tingling, irritating sensation starting from the naval towards the down. Initially, I felt like overactive bladder, but I am not sure whats happening. I also feel bloated and my stomach is also not keeping well. I am 26 years old and 65kgs. Your help is highly appreciated. Thank You.

To be able to diagnose overactive bladder we have to rule out other causes like urinary tract infections and stones in the urinary Tract. Also overactive bladder is very related to asthma and allergies and if you have a history of allergies or a strong family history of asthma and allergies then a diagnosis of overactive bladder can be entertained. Of course once other conditions are ruled out.

I have read you have self medicated with levofloxacin. I suggest continue the drug then get a urinalysis and a KUB ultrasound to check for other causes of urinary frequency.
