What Causes Frequent Urination With White Stuff On The Penis?
Question: Hi, my boy friend noticed a small amount of white stuff at the opening of his penis when going to the toilet, and has noticed that he has to go to the toilet for frequently to wee. He has no pain and feels fine. What do think could be going on?

I have gone through your query. The white stuff can be most likely from fungal infection. But it is better to rule out urinary tract infection by doing a urine routine test as he is having frequency of urination. Other reason which gives such symptom is high blood sugar which can also be ruled out by routine urine test.
For fungal infection applying creams or ointment containing anti fungal agents like miconazole or terbinafine will be helpful. Terbinafine is available in brands like Lamisil and miconazole in brands like daktarin or generic miconazole nitrate cream.

My worry is that it has same symptoms as gonorrhoea, my symptoms have been similar thrush and have treated it but feels like it never really gone..

In gonorrhea there will be discharge from urethral meatus usually. Greenish yellow or whitish is the character of discharge . If there is any suspicion of this then you can go for an urine test for gonorrhea. This will help to rule out Gonorrhea.
In case of gonorrhea taking one week doxycycline antibiotic will be helpful to clear it also.
For Fungal (yeast) infection you need to apply anti fungal creams like miconazole for 7 to 10 continuously to clear it out completely. Oral anti fungal agents like Fluconazole are prescribed weekly once for 1 month to stop recurrence also.
