Detailed Answer:
Dear sir
i can understand your concern.
There are many clinical conditions which can cause increased urination.
a.uncontrolled diabetes
d.urinary tract infection
c.increased GFR in early nephropathy.
d.hormonal problems like Diabetes insipidus.
e.psychogenic polydipsia.
Among above condition we can rule out urinary tract infection as your urine examination report is normal
you need to check your Hba1c% to check about your diabetes control.
Hba1c% is an average estimation of blood sugar for past three months.
considering your age there might not be complications like nephropathy also.
Diabetes insipidus is a continuous problem and very uncommon at your age group.
The most probable thing might be due to excess intake of water
To rule out this condition kindly monitor your input and output of fluids and let me know.
i would like to know your Hba1c% result along with your fasting blood sugars.
Hope I was able to help you.
If you have any further question feel free to write me back. I will be happy to help.
Take care.
Best Regards.

I do excersise alot aswell.
Can a virus cause this?
The urine that comes out is fairly clear.
Is this a comcern.
I will know my full blood report tomorrow.
most of viral infections will be febrile.
Detailed Answer:
thank you for providing the Hba1c report.
i am very happy to say that your old Hba1c report is very good.
i appreciate your excellent efforts in controlling diabetes with diet and exercise.
Viral infections;-there are some viral infections which can damage kidney and cause excessive urination. But most of virus infections will be associated with history of fever and some clue can be obtained by looking at complete blood picture.
since the urine color is also clear there is nothing much to be concerned.
Kindly monitor your urine out put amount and your fluid input amount, this kind of information can throw light on your diagnosis.
let me know your full blood report to proceed with further discussion.
Best regards
