Question: I am passing too much urine.am male 62yrs .dont drink alcohol ,normal fluid intake. Flow is strong and I empty bladder without difficulty. Has been happening x 2months..

Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have increased frequency for urination .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.

1) Are you diabetic?
2) Do you have nocturnal frequency?
3) Have you ever done ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis to rule out Enlarged Prostate?

Increased frequency for urination could be due to either Diabetes or Enlarged Prostate .

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Blood Sugar levels on fasting stomach and 2 hours after lunch to rule out diabetes.
2) Serum PSA
3) Ultrasound Scanning of abdomen and pelvis to rule out Enlarged prostate.

Further treatment will be decided by Urologist depending upon the results of these tests and final diagnosis.
