What Causes Frequent Urination?
![default](/r/images/default.png)
Please get evaluated for cause
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Welcome to HCM, Thanks for posting the question.
The treatment of frequent urination depends on the cause. The common causes of frequent urination are diabetes, urinary infections, medications or neurological diseases. Please consult a physician and get evaluated.
If I were her treating physician what I will do is to check the urine analysis, urine culture, blood sugars first followed by an ultrasound scan of abdomen. I will check clinically for any neurological disease. If all the investigations are normal I will do a uro-dynamic study to check for the nerve supply and muscular action of urinary bladder.
The treatment depends on the cause
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
