Brief Answer:
It is mostly due to anxiety .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted and going through our previous threads of discussion and other panelist it appears that you have increased frequency for urination due to Anxiety Neurosis .

Considering the facts that you have been successfully treated for cancer of the prostate few years back and there are no obstructive voiding symptoms with normal urine flow it is most unlikely to be due to any organic cause ..

It seems to be more functional in nature and is due to Anxiety Neurosis .

Please get your Urodynaemic evaluation of bladder done to be rest assured about any physiological cause for frequency for urination .

Consulting a Psychiatrist for counselling and to modify drugs that you are taking may help to get relief from your symptoms .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

do you think taking two flomax a day one in morning and one in evenig is ok . My dr had me take the morning flomax because I was trouble URINATING after I was up for awhile. In the and evening I urinate a lot. I know my ocd is part of my problem.thinking I need to drink a lot to urinate instead of just waiting to i get the normal urge.My DR gave me cathers to use if I though i was not urinating normal.which I have not used. I am seeing a Psychiatrist. If I feel I am having trouble urinating I massage my bladder instead of using a cathater. I just get to anxious if I think I am not urinatuing when I think I should. Thank You for your input
