What Causes Frequent Vomiting, Low BP And Nausea During Pregnancy?

Question: In continuation with the last query related to the pregnancy of my wife: she is now in her 10th week, she is having nausea feeling whole day and in frequent vomit state. due to which she feels very low...also hav feeling of low bp, but bp machine reports its fine. I want to specifically know, what type of food she should take to reduce the vomit like feeling...
Brief Answer:
antiemetic
Detailed Answer:
Hi
If vomiting is uncontrolled it is called hyperemesis graviderum. This if goes out of control needs to be hospitilized and treated.
But if its little nausea and vomiting tablet doxinate can be taken once in morning and in evening.
If blood pressure report is good then there is no question of low BP. Its just weakness associated with pregnancy.
She can have less spicy food in small quantities at frequent intervals. This will take care of her weakness as well as vomiting.
I hope your doubt is cleared.

Brief Answer:
Yes
Detailed Answer:
Hi
First let her have antacid syrup like digene or tablet rantac. If uncontrolled then take emset. If she has more episodes she has to see a gynecologist and get urine ketone bodies tested as excess vomiting leads to further problems.
