Question: I can hear my heart beat in my left ear, and my ear feels stuffy. I am doing physical therapy for TMJ. Could this heart beat go along with TMJ?

I mainly hear the heart beat when I am quiet or lying in bed at night.
Yes, I hear a click in my jaw occasionally when I open it.
I hear the heart beat, I don't hear any other sound.
The ear that feels full, I do not hear as well.
I do have nasal drainage.

Please get a x-ray paranasal sinuses done and a pure tone audiometry done and send me.
Take tablet levocetrizine plus pseudoephedrine twice daily and xylometazoline nasal drops three times a day for a week.
Takesteam inhalation and chew a gum that will also help decongest the tube.
All the medicines I have prescribed will be available at prescription only.
Follow up with the reports.
