What Causes Fuzzy Vision During The Night?

Question: I have 20/20 vision but lately at night when I sit down to watch TV it's fuzzy. I dont have an issue during the day just at night. Any ideas why?

I understand your concern.

Visual improvement during the day and worsening during the night usually reflect underlying Cataract .

This Cataract is Opacification of the lens matter.

This can be age related in your case.

All you need is Slit Lamp Eye examination and IOP(eye pressure) measurement.
This test can assess the stage and nature of cataract if any.

Definitive treatment is surgery.
