What Causes Gas, Bloating And Frequent Urgency To Urinate After Gallbladder Surgery?

GERD, UTI, screening tests.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome
I appreciate your concern.
The Dyspepsia and GERD symptoms should be adequately treated via Esomeprazole, Pro kinetics like itopride or metoclopramide and Sucralfate or Bismuth subsalicylate may also be added. Treatment should continue for at least two weeks. If there is persistence or recurrence then Helicobacter pylori eradication should be considered as a next step in consult with your doctor.
The frequent urination could be a Urinary tract infection. AZO only relieves the pain to some extent associated with the urinary tract and doesn't treat the cause.
Get a urine R/E and Culture and sensitivity done after which you may be started on empiric therapy e.g. Ciprofloxacin till culture results are available.
These symptoms can’t be generalized to ovarian cancer and others based only on description and history. Bimanual pelvic exam and subsequently a pelvic Ultrasound to detect a mass should be done in consult with a gynecologist as usually ovaries are small and somewhat shrunken at your age. If no unusual mass is detected or no other evidence e.g. seedings or secondaries are identified then there is no need to worry about ovarian cancer.
If you are still worried, then you may ask your doctor to offer you screening tools such as Pap smear, mammography that screen for malignancies.
