Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking !
I read carefully all your concerns and I can say as follows:
1. Gastritis, stomach ulcer and acid reflux are the most common complications of Gastric Bypass.
2.To my opinion you should do:
- upper endoscopy
- breath test for H.Pylori infection.
- abdominal ultrasound to rule out gallbladder issues
3.Meantime I suggest to:
-increase PPI's dosage up to 80 mg per day,
-use antacids like Gaviscone
-use ranitidine 300 mg before bed time
-use prokinetic like domperidone.
If H.Pylori test will result positive than you should start using antibiotics.
Wish you fast recovery!
