What Causes Gnawing Burning Sensation In Abdomen, Nausea And Intermittent Constipation?

Could this be a thyroid problem even though my tsh level is withing the normal range, or maybe a adrenal gland problem because of my pupils, or maybe both?
Could be an infection
Detailed Answer:
Good day.
Noted your concern. Your symptoms could represent hypothyroidism. However since your TSH is normal, that is not possible in your case. But let me tell you that just with TSH alone we can not rule out hypothyroidism completely. You need to do free T4 as well. Your symptoms are unlikely to he due to adrenal gland dysfunction.
Infections especially viral infection can produce many of your symptoms and can cause inflammation of thyroid. This can lead to the uncomfortable feeling in neck. Since your TSH is normal, it is better to wait a month and recheck TSH and Free T4 .
In the interim, take a diet rich in fruit and veggies which will help to have a good bowel movement. Movicol will help as well. Do some stretch exercise. It is worth doing a vitamin D level as well
