Brief Answer:
Could be Prostatic secretion

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day
Dear XXXX

If you have no other urinary complaints like burning sensation while passing urine and no urgency then there could be no cause for concern.
The granulated matter could be prostatic and seminal vesicle secretions.

I would also suggest you to get a Urine urine examination along with Ultrasound abdomen( Prostate and post void residual urine) to rule out Prostatomeglay and significant residual urine after passing urine.

Take Care
