Brief Answer:
This is not diarrhea - no medication is required
Detailed Answer:
Hi...ti is very normal to have green colored stools at this age. Pus cells in the motion test is also normal.
Unless the kid's having low urine output or very dull or excessively sleepy or blood in motion or green bilious vomiting...you need not worry.
This is not a dangerous condition.

Brief Answer:
If the baby is dull - hos is the urine output
Detailed Answer:
Hi...If the baby is dull - hos is the urine output. If urine output is being passed 4-6 times per day in normal quantity then the baby is not dehydrated. That means you need not worry.
Moreover the baby is accepting feeds normally - this is a good sign.
Mild amount of tummy discomfort could be due to air being gulped while feeding (If by bottle). This will settle by itself.
As I have already told you - Unless the kid's having low urine output or very dull or excessively sleepy or blood in motion or green bilious vomiting...you need not worry.
