She had already done her urine culture earlier and the e.coli colony count was 100000...All UTI Symptoms are not present now...however only light green urine is visible. She is actually outside XXXXXXX where these tests require lot of approvals. Her next urine culture is planned today. Also this week is the time due for her periods...so I hope this green urine will not impact her periods...? Also plz let me know if any major concerns...UTI basically lasts for a week or so...however this green urine is still prevalent...I m worried abt her...plz help...
Brief Answer:
Don't worry
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Green urine suggests that infection is not cleared. She needs to get urine culture and sensitivity test done to identify the organism causing infection and treat with sensitive antibiotics.
However this test is not urgently she can do it after coming back to XXXXXXX Green urine is not emergency. Let her keep drinking more water.
