Brief Answer:
Body needs time to adjust to changes.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query.
Have gone through your details.

Green stool is a common stool color change. It may be due to bile pigment in the stool. Our body is a closed system and it takes time to adjust to changes in its environment. Due to changes in your dieting pattern there is a possibility that food is moving too quickly thorough the intestine and so the chemical can't break down leading to green stools.
Another possibility is that the green color may be due to certain foods like green, leafy vegetables or green food which may be a part of your changed diet.

Suggestion-
Don't panic.
Go for stool microscopy test.If the test is normal there is no need to worry and the changed color is because of food pattern and has no clinical significance.

Regards.
