Hi Docter,in answer to what you have written,I have been with my husband 30 years we have stayed faitjhful to one another.we don,t have Anal sex.l am in no pain,going to the loo twise a day poo looks normal,apart of a bit green.l don,t smoke or drink. Walk after search meal.Have a low fat and carb diet.it seems to of claimed down after taking bread out of my diet.
