Question: I am a 46 year old male. Some time back my right nipple became somewhat sensitive. It is now discharging a greenish liquid. Gets accumulated around the nipple. Hard to take off.

Gets a little itchy too. Applying coconut oil on it.

Hi,

It is very very rare to have nipple discharge in a male. Hence this is seen with the most suspicion.

Hence I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Consult a General Surgeon for clinical evaluation, an examination of nipple, breast and for lymph nodes.

Send the discharge for gram staining, AFB staining, culture and sensitivity.

Biopsy of the affected area, at least an FNAC of the suspected area to rule out malignancy.

Further care as per the reports.

Please get these things asap (as soon as possible) and give feedback.
