Brief Answer:
Bacterial or protozoal vaginal infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Greenish foul smelling discharge is most likely due to bacterial or protozoal infection of the vagina. Yeast infection generally has a thick white discharge.
I suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined internally, investigated including vaginal smear and pap smear and get the further antibiotic treatment accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Please do get back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
