
What Causes Greenish Stool While Having Treatment For Bacterial Infection?

Question: I was diagnosed with a lower intestinal bacterial infection. I had it for 14 days like they said I would and then on day 18 the stool turned green. Is that the rest of the bacteria getting out or something to be concerned about?
