This is usually a deficiency disorder and needs replacement for that
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I a Dr Mittal
I have read your query.
I should tell you that the problem you have stated is usually related to deficiency of some or the other dietary deficiency.
This could include anything like iron and calcium to protein deficiency.
Ideally it would be good to test him for the deficiencies.
HOWEVER, that is a very expensive way and most patients eventually need replacement therapy with multivitamins and minerals.
You can get to any hospital and ask them for the health checkups, which usually consider all the basic tests needed.
However, I should tell you that if the pigment producing cells are already damaged, we may not be able to hep him. If the cells are still in just a dormant stage, we can think of replacement therapy and help him through.
I suggest you start him on some multivitamins replacement, something like Revital may be used. Homeopathic medicines may be considered at a later date if the deficiency disease can be ruled out.
As for height, once puberty sets in, the children usually do not grow in height- that is a medical fact.
Sometimes, its also a genetic condition. But for that we may have to wait and rule out other causes.
Best of luck

As I said, it may be a deficiency disease.
So we need to start replacement therapy first and watch its response.
Then we can do the tests and see.
Protein powders like protinules and plenty of green leafy vegetables and coloured salads may help
