Brief Answer:
Get MRI scan of whole spine done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have read your query.

From you history it is difficult to say what is the cause of all this. You have made your self diagnosis of epididymis which does not matches with symptoms you have except groin pain.

You have not mentioned any history of fever , weight-loss, nightsweats, blood in urine, painful intercourse or ejaculation.

Your symptoms are more related to spine problem, So I advise you to get MRI scan of whole spine and send me the report.

Till then have aceclofenac+thiocolchicoside, pregabalin by prescription of your local doctor.

I hope it helps.

Thanks.

Dr.Singh.
