recently I observed that I got a lot of very small white coloured spots all over my both hands.
I can also see that its growing gradually.

I can see numerous small white/ hypopgmented spots scattered on arms.
This type of presentation is typical of Idiopathic Guttate Hypomelanosis Or IGH.
It is different from Vitiligo. Cause of IGH is unknown.
The white spots in IGH are numerous, small in size (a few millimeters) and stable.
Treatment modalities that have been tried are topical steroids, topical tacrolimus, microdermabrasion, light cryotherapy etc with variable results.
