Brief Answer:
Yes, you should definitely consult pulmonologist.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, you should definitely concern for your symptoms.
You should first consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
PFT is must for the diagnosis of bronchitis or asthma.
PFT will also tell you about severity of the disease and treatment is based on severity only.
If PFT is normal then possibility of anxiety and stress related symptoms is more.
So first rule out Pulmonary causes.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Do you smoke?
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
So your PFT report is suggestive of obstructive defect.
COPD and asthma, both show obstructive defect on PFT report.
But asthma shows reversibility with bronchodilator on PFT report.
So please let me know
1. Was bronchodilator given after PFT report?
2. Was there any improvement or reversibility after bronchodilator administration?
Please reply me answers of above asked questions, so that I can guide you better. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
