Brief Answer:
It is due to gum inflammation(gingivitis).

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

First of all thanks for approaching Healthcaremagic for your query. I read through your query and accordingly I must say that there is nothing much to be worried in this case. Bleeding from gums while brushing is a problem faced by almost 80% of humans. Its due to gum inflammation(gingivitis).

It can be relieved by following these steps:
1) brush twice daily
2) use triclosan mouthrinse(good for gums)
3) do gentle massaging of gums with fingers after brushing
4) do salt water gargle twice daily
5) have lots of green leafy vegetables and citrus fruits like orange pear etc(to reduce vitamin deficiency)

Besides all these meet up dentist regularly every 6 months and get your teeth cleaned with machine(scaling). It helps remove debris between tooth and gum which cannot be removed by our toothbrush(this causes bleeding from gums). Once this debris is removed bleeding from gums is relieved. So be cool and follow these steps. Stay happy and tension free. Cool mind and happy attitude with positive mind can be best medicine for all diseases.

Hope you are benefited something from this reply. If you have more queries please be free to approach us. We are always eagerly waiting for you to solve your problems.

Have a healthy day!!!
