What Causes Hair Fall In A Diabetic Patient?

Question: Hello all,

My brother is diabetic also he is having hair fall.
He is taking some hair growth treatment and bought some medicine . Problem is that he is scared of taking hair growth medicine because of diabetes. I am attaching screenshot of medicine. Can you please advice that composition of attached medicine are safe for diabetic person . He is 33 year old.
